Vertriebsgebiet Süddeutschland & Westösterreich | Homeoffice-basiert

Unser Mandant ist ein international aufgestelltes, wirtschaftlich kerngesundes Industrieunternehmen mit mehreren tausend Mitarbeitenden weltweit. Entwickelt und produziert werden hochwertige technische Komponenten und Antriebslösungen für automatisierte Prozesse – im Einsatz bei namhaften Unternehmen aus Industrie, Handel und Logistik.

Im Rahmen eines exklusiven Suchmandats suchen wir für das Vertriebsgebiet Süddeutschland & Westösterreich einen vertriebsstarken Gebietsverkaufsleiter / Regionalleiter (m/w/d). Das Gebiet umfasst schwerpunktmäßig München, Oberbayern und Bayerisch-Schwaben sowie angrenzende Regionen in Baden-Württemberg und Westösterreich (Vorarlberg/Tirol).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie gewinnen Neukunden und betreuen bestehende Kunden und Key Accounts – überwiegend B2B-Kunden aus dem Maschinen- und Anlagenbau – innerhalb Ihres Vertriebsgebiets.
  • Sie beraten Ihre Kunden technisch fundiert und begleiten sie bei der Umsetzung ihrer Anwendungen.
  • Sie arbeiten Hand in Hand mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst bei Angeboten, Preislisten und Liefervereinbarungen sowie mit den Kollegen aus Service und Lösungsvertrieb.
  • Sie beobachten Markttrends und Kundenbedarfe und geben Impulse an Produktmanagement und Entwicklung.
  • Sie pflegen Ihre Kundendaten im CRM-System und repräsentieren das Unternehmen auf Messen und Kundenevents.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, beispielsweise Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Maschinenbau, oder eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker / Meister – auch alternative Bildungswege sind willkommen.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld, z. B. in der Automatisierungs-, Antriebs-, Steuerungs- oder Anlagentechnik.
  • Freude am Vertrieb: Sie sind kommunikationsstark, kundenorientiert und begeisterungsfähig für Technik.
  • Selbstständige und eigenmotivierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Vertriebsgebiets.
