Die Position

Als Global Head of HR übernehmen Sie die gesamte strategische und operative HR-Führung der neu aufgestellten Organisation. Sie gestalten die People-Agenda von Grund auf mit und positionieren Human Resources als integralen Werttreiber für Wachstum, Transformation und kulturelle Entwicklung.

Ihre Aufgaben

● Aufbau einer globalen HR-Organisation - Konzeption und Implementierung einer weltweiten HR-Infrastruktur für eine dezentrale, international agierende Struktur.

● Internationale Employer-Branding- und Recruiting-Initiativen - Entwicklung und Steuerung globaler Maßnahmen zur Positionierung der Arbeitgebermarke.

● Change & Transformation - Begleitung des kulturellen Wandels im Kontext des Carve-outs sowie Aufbau einer gemeinsamen Unternehmenskultur über Standorte und Regionen hinweg.

● Strategische Workforce Planning - Identifikation kritischer Capabilities, Aufbau von Talent-Pipelines, Führungskräfteentwicklung und Nachfolgeplanung.

● HR-Exzellenz und Prozessgestaltung - Etablierung moderner HR-Prozesse, digitaler HR-Lösungen und datengetriebener People-Analytics.

● Arbeitsrecht und Compliance - Sicherstellung internationaler HR-Governance, regulatorischer Konformität und risikobewusster Personalpraxis.

● Kompensation & Benefits - Gestaltung wettbewerbsfähiger, leistungsorientierter Vergütungsstrukturen auf globaler Ebene.

Das Profil

● Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der HR-Funktion, idealerweise in industriellen oder technologiegetriebenen Unternehmensumfeldern.

● Nachweisbare Expertise im Aufbau und in der Transformation von HR-Organisationen, insbesondere im Kontext von Carve-outs, Spin-offs oder organisatorischen Neuausrichtungen.

● Internationale Ausrichtung mit Erfahrung in der Steuerung globaler Teams und Standorte.

● Exzellente strategische Anlage gepaart mit unternehmerischer Hands-on-Mentalität.

● Überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsstärke und kommunikativer Präsenz auf Management-Board-Ebene.

● Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
