Zur Verstärkung unseres Controlling-Teams in Gronau suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Business Controller (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche). Freuen Sie sich auf eine unbefristete Anstellung mit langfristiger Perspektive.

Hier backen Sie mit - Ihre Aufgaben

  • Performance: Umsatz-, Margen- und Profitabilitätskennzahlen analysieren und steuern – zudem Forecasts, Budgets und Soll-Ist-Analysen erstellen
  • Business Controlling: Ad-hoc-Analysen und Management-Reports durchführen und bei strategischen Entscheidungen durch datenbasierte Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen unterstützen
  • Pricing & Profitabilitätsmanagement: Bei Profitabilitätsbewertungen, Ausschreibungen und Preisanalysen supporten und Handlungsempfehlungen aus Daten- und Geschäftsanalysen ableiten
  • Reporting & Business Intelligence: KPI-Dashboards sowie Reporting-Tools pflegen und stetig weiterentwickeln – darüber hinaus aussagekräftige Analysen und Präsentationen für nationale sowie internationale Stakeholder erstellen
  • Business Partnering: Mit Blick auf die Ergebnisoptimierung eng und cross-funktional mit Sales, Finance sowie Supply Chain zusammenarbeiten
  • Prozessoptimierung & Controlling Excellence: Controlling-Prozesse und Reporting-Strukturen gemeinsam im Team optimieren

Das Geheimrezept - Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein erfolgreiches betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Langjährige Berufspraxis im Controlling, Vertrieb, Einkauf oder einer vergleichbaren kommerziellen Funktion – idealerweise ergänzt um Erfahrung in der Analyse und Steuerung von Umsatz-, Margen- und Profitabilitätskennzahlen in der Lebensmittelindustrie
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Umsatz-, Margen-, Kosten- und Profitabilitätskennzahlen sowie in der Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Management-Reports
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel (Pivot-Tabellen, Formeln, Datenanalysen und Reporting) sowie PowerPoint – nice-to-have: SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und der Erstellung entscheidungsrelevanter Auswertungen für Management und Vertrieb
  • Know-how in der Bewertung und Optimierung von Profitabilität, beispielsweise im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen, Preisanalysen oder Budgetplanungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPI-Dashboards und modernen Reporting-Tools oder die Bereitschaft, sich in diese einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
