Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Verstärkung unseres HR-Teams als

HR Business Partner (m/w/d) – Produktionsstandorte Solingen, Eschweiler und Bassenheim

Vollzeit (40 Std./Wo), unbefristet

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als HR Business Partner sind Sie Sparringspartner der Führungskräfte und gleichzeitig nah am Tagesgeschäft
  • Sie verbinden strategische Personalarbeit mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sie übernehmen an unseren Produktionsstandorten Verantwortung für sämtliche HR-Themen entlang des Employee Life Cycles
  • Sie gestalten Veränderungsprozesse aktiv mit, arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit den Betriebsräten zusammen und sorgen für eine professionelle, praxisnahe Personalarbeit vor Ort
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie, des Personalmanagements oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender personalwirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner, HR Generalist oder Personalreferent in einem produzierenden Unternehmen - idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie oder im FMCG-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Veränderungs- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner HR-Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycles
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der zu betreuenden Standorte (ca. 80%) – idealerweise liegt Ihr Lebensmittelpunkt daher im Großraum Köln und Umgebung
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz gepaart mit einem sicheren Auftreten, hohe Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität und pragmatische Lösungsorientierung
  • Eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise in Verbindung mit hoher Sozialkompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab
