Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der unseren Kunden erste Hilfe bei IT-Problemen leistet.

Aufgaben

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für sämtliche technische Anfragen und Probleme im Bereich Software, Hardware, Netzwerk und Telefonie und unterstützt sowohl im First- als auch im Second-Level-Support.
  • Entgegennahme, Analyse, Behebung und Dokumentation von Meldungen und Anfragen im Ticketsystem gehören zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden kompetent bei technischen Fragen und Störungen, indem du entweder direkt Lösungen bereitstellst oder Probleme an die nachgelagerte Supportinstanz weiterleitest und den Prozess bis zur endgültigen Lösung überwachst.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten wie Systemmigrationen und Einführung neuer Systeme gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Die Auslieferung von IT- und TK-Hardware sowie deren Installation, Konfiguration und Dokumentation fallen ebenfalls in deinen Tätigkeitsbereich.
  • Du organisierst, dokumentierst und steuerst das Wissensmanagement im Service-Desk, um ein effizientes Arbeiten zu gewährleisten.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im 1st- & 2nd-Level-Support.
  • Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office-Produkten sowie Standard-Hardware und -Software.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ticket- und Remotetools.
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Active Directory.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind willkommen.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen.
  • Kenntnisse und Zertifizierungen im Bereich ITIL-Foundation sind von Vorteil.
