Wir suchen einen engagierten IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Windows, Microsoft 365/Cloud & Netzwerk, der unser Team verstärkt. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Möglichkeit haben, dein tiefes Verständnis für IT-Technologien und Netzwerke einzubringen, um die individuellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden in maßgeschneiderte IT-Lösungen umzusetzen.

Aufgaben

  • Konfiguration, Wartung und Administration der IT-Systeme unserer Kunden im Windows-Client- und Microsoft-Server-Umfeld.
  • Mitwirkung im Team bei der Administration der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden, einschließlich Windows-Server, Public Cloud (Microsoft 365/ Azure), OnPrem-Server und Rechenzentrums-Infrastruktur
  • Betreuung und Optimierung der Netzwerk- und Firewall-Strukturen (Fokus auf Sophos, Securepoint und Ubiquiti)
  • Administration und Betreuung moderner IP-Telefonie-Systeme.
  • Implementierung modernster Technologien und Dienste für komplexe und hochverfügbare Server- und Netzwerkarchitekturen sowie Migration und Betreuung von OnPrem-, Hybrid- und Cloud-Umgebungen.
  • Durchführung von Incident- und Problem-Management sowie Troubleshooting (2nd und 3rd-Level-Support) inklusive fachlicher Unterstützung bei Problemen auf Layer-8-Ebene.
  • Entwicklung neuer IT-Strategien, Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben und Ausbau von Managed-IT-Services für Client- und Serverumgebungen..
  • Leitung und/oder Durchführung von (Teil-)Projekten in verschiedenen Fachbereichen.
  • Je nach Ihrem persönlichen Schwerpunkt und Ihren Stärken liegt Ihr Fokus auf der Betreuung unserer Microsoft-Landschaft, dem Netzwerkmanagement oder unseren Telefonie-Lösungen.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker, Studium im Bereich Informationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Ihr Profil zeichnet sich durch einen klaren Schwerpunkt in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche aus: - Fundierte Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Clients und Microsoft-Server-Produkten sowie in Hybrid- und Cloud-Umgebungen (Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, MS Teams). - Praktische Kenntnisse in der Netzwerk- und Firewall-Administration, idealerweise gesammelt im Umgang mit Herstellern wie Sophos, Securepoint oder Ubiquiti. - Fundierte Erfahrung in der Einrichtung und Administration moderner VoIP- / IP-Telefonie-Lösungen.
  • Kundenorientierung und Service-Denken.
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Leistungsbereitschaft.
  • Kenntnisse und Zertifizierungen im Bereich ITIL-Foundation sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Implementierung und Steuerung von IT-Service-Prozessen.
