En Bitali nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Técnico de Mantenimiento Industrial para incorporarse a nuestra planta productiva de Sauce Viejo. Buscamos personas comprometidas, con vocación técnica y orientación a la mejora continua, que deseen desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico y desafiante.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo sobre máquinas, equipos e instalaciones de planta.
  • Garantizar la disponibilidad de los equipos productivos, minimizando paradas y tiempos improductivos.
  • Cumplir con los planes de mantenimiento establecidos y las órdenes de trabajo asignadas.
  • Detectar y comunicar desvíos que puedan afectar la seguridad, calidad o productividad de los procesos.
  • Verificar la correcta ejecución y calidad de las intervenciones realizadas.
  • Colaborar en la mejora continua de instalaciones, procesos y proyectos de mantenimiento.
  • Participar activamente en la formación técnica y transferencia de conocimientos dentro del equipo.
  • Trabajar bajo estrictos estándares de seguridad, calidad, medio ambiente y orden operativo.

Requisitos

Requisitos

  • Formación técnica en Electromecánica, Mecánica, Electrónica, Electricidad Industrial o afines.
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento industrial de equipos productivos.
  • Conocimientos de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar fallas y resolver problemas técnicos.
  • Predisposición para el trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
  • Ingles técnico básico (No excluyente)

Horario de trabajo

Lunes a viernes de 06:00 a 15:00 hs. Disponibilidad eventual los días sábados ante necesidades operativas.
