Unser Investment Operations & Trading-Team bildet das operative Rückgrat von 8 Fonds mit 3 Mrd. € Assets under Management und verantwortet alle Abläufe von der Auflage bis zum laufenden Management unserer Investmentprodukte. Als unser Investment Operations & Trading Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest und steuerst du unser tägliches Fondsgeschäft und wächst mit der Zeit in die Verantwortung für High-Stake-Projekte und das Trading für Europa’s erfolgreichste Asset-Management-Firma hinein. Du berichtest an Ulf Schad, unseren Director Operations & Trading, und arbeitest Seite an Seite mit unserem Trading Desk und dem Compliance-Team.

  • Mission Control. Verantworte die tägliche Einsatzbereitschaft unserer Systeme (OMS/PMS, Bloomberg, CTM). Überwache unsere Automatisierungen, erkenne Fehler früh und arbeite sie bis zur Lösung auf.
  • Regulierung & Präzision. Überwache unsere wiederkehrenden Compliance-Checks und stelle regulatorische Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Compliance-Kolleg:innen und externen Partnern sicher.
  • Performance & Analysen. Führe eigenständig Performance-Kalkulationen und quantitative Analysen durch und liefere fundierte Einblicke in die Performance unserer Fonds.
  • KVG & Depotbanken. Verantworte die Kommunikation mit unserer Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft, Depotbanken und externen Partnern bei Trade-Themen.
  • Neue Fondsauflagen & strategische Projekte. Wirke an der Auflage neuer Produkte, Fonds Listings und Anteilsklassen mit und verbessere die Sichtbar- und Kaufbarkeit unserer Fonds. Vom ersten Jahr an übernimmst du längerfristige Projekte und Prozessverbesserungen.
  • KI-Automatisierung. Identifiziere neue Möglichkeiten für KI- und LLM-basierte Automatisierung und gestalte wiederkehrende Aufgaben damit neu.

Deine Erfahrung

  • Du hast 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Investment Operations-Bereich an liquiden Kapitalmärkten.
  • Du hast bei einem Asset Manager, einer KVG, Bank oder einem Fonds-Dienstleister selbst im Middle Office gearbeitet und Trade Processing, Abstimmungen und Compliance-Checks eigenverantwortlich übernommen. Kleinere, dynamische Häuser sind ein Plus.
  • Du hast hands-on mit Markt- und Handelssystemen gearbeitet; Bloomberg- und CTM-Erfahrung sind ein starkes Plus.
  • Du hast erste KI/LLM Use Cases in deiner täglichen Arbeit umgesetzt: konkrete Workflows, keine Experimente.
  • Du hast einen Bachelor in BWL, VWL oder Finance oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Bank- oder Investmentfondskaufmann/-frau) mit fundierter operativer Erfahrung.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
