DEINE ROLLE

Als unser (Senior) Accountant / Buchhalter (m/w/d) verantwortest du die laufende Buchhaltung der BIT Capital, eines regulierten Wertpapierinstituts mit 3 Mrd. € AuM und berichtest an unseren Finance Manager Lachezar Georgiev.

In deiner Rolle fokussierst du dich auf:

  • Buchhaltung von A bis Z. Du verbuchst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen in DATEV, steuerst die Zahlläufe, klärst offene Posten und führst die Anlagenbuchhaltung.
  • Der Monatsabschluss. Du bereitest den Monatsabschluss nach HGB vor und übergibst ihn bis zur zweiten Kalenderwoche an das Controlling.
  • Unterstützung beim Jahresabschluss. Du hilfst beim Jahresabschluss bis zum 20. Januar und interagierst mit dem Steuerbüro und unserer Wirtschaftsprüfung.
  • Reisekosten & Zahlungsverkehr. Du prüfst Reisekosten in Navan, gibst Zahlungen frei und behältst mit einer kurzfristigen Liquiditätsplanung den Überblick über die Zahlungsströme.
  • Automatisierung. Du baust Importe und Auswertungen, etwa aus Candis und Excel nach DATEV, und setzt KI dort ein, wo sie manuelle Arbeit ersetzt.
  • Meldewesen. Nach der Einarbeitung übernimmst du schrittweise Meldungen wie die AWV-Meldungen und gestaltest diesen Bereich mit.

Deine Erfahrung

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in der regulierten Finanzbranche (ein Plus, kein Muss).
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium; eine Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter:in (IHK) ist von Vorteil.
  • Du hast selbstständig in DATEV gebucht und Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB vorbereitet.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel, auch mit großen Exporten, Pivot-Tabellen und SVERWEIS.
  • Du arbeitest genau, erkennst Unstimmigkeiten früh und sprichst sie direkt an.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch; gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
