About Bizmoni Corp.
Bizmoni is building an AI Business Network designed to help people and businesses connect, earn, learn, and grow in the AI era.
As a seed-stage, pre-revenue company, we are strengthening our platform, growing our global ecosystem, and laying the foundations for future funding and scale. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, international team and help shape both the product and the business.
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven QA Analyst to own manual testing across our web applications and APIs. You'll turn requirements into clear test cases, run structured test cycles, and give the team reliable reporting on release quality. You'll also bring a security mindset, checking for common vulnerabilities as part of everyday testing.
You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners and developers from refinement to release, and help shape how we document and evidence our testing.
What You'll Do:
- Review user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria early, and raise gaps, ambiguities and risks before development starts.
- Take part in backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies alongside BAs, Product Owners and developers.
- Write clear test plans, test scenarios and detailed test cases with expected results and test data.
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix so every requirement has test coverage.
Test execution and defect management
- Run manual functional, regression, integration, end-to-end and exploratory testing across web, mobile and API layers.
- Test APIs manually using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Log defects with clear steps to reproduce, expected and actual results, evidence and severity, and track them through to closure in [Jira / Azure DevOps].
- Retest fixes and maintain regression test packs for each release.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing scripts, guiding business users and capturing feedback.
- Include basic security checks in your testing, such as access control, input validation, session handling and the OWASP Top 10, and escalate findings to the security team.
Reporting and documentation
- Produce test progress, test summary and release readiness reports for engineering and business stakeholders.
- Track and report on QA metrics such as test coverage, pass rates, defect trends and defect leakage.
- Keep test documentation current in [TestRail / Xray / Zephyr / Confluence].
- Contribute to QA processes and standards, and provide testing evidence for audits such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
What You'll Bring:
- Manual testing experience. 3+ years in manual QA, testing web applications and APIs in an Agile environment.
- Test case design. Strong at writing structured test cases using techniques such as boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning and state transition.
- Requirements analysis. Proven ability to analyse user stories and acceptance criteria, identify gaps and turn them into testable scenarios.
- Documentation. Experience creating and maintaining test plans, traceability matrices and test summary reports.
- Tools. Hands-on with Jira or Azure DevOps and a test management tool (TestRail, Xray, Zephyr or similar), plus Postman for API testing.
- Technical foundations. Good understanding of web technologies, HTTP and REST, and basic SQL for checking data.
- Security awareness. Working knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and how to check for common issues during manual testing.
- Clear reporting. You write precise defect reports and explain quality risks clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have:
- ISTQB Foundation certification (Advanced Test Analyst a plus).
- Hands-on use of Burp Suite or OWASP ZAP for basic security testing.
- Some exposure to test automation (Playwright, Selenium or Cypress), even if it isn't your main focus.
- Experience supporting UAT with business users.
- Background in a regulated sector such as fintech, banking or healthcare.
- Experience with accessibility testing against WCAG 2.2.
