A Softwaresul vive um momento estratégico de evolução e estruturação da área de Customer Success, com foco em padronização de processos, melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente, acompanhamento estruturado da jornada e uso de indicadores para gestão e tomada de decisão.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir o onboarding de novos clientes, alinhando expectativas, acompanhando a ativação das soluções e garantindo uma experiência inicial positiva.
  • Gerenciar carteira de clientes, monitorando indicadores de engajamento, satisfação e utilização das soluções.
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão, renovação e upsell, gerando novas receitas a partir da base ativa.
  • Atuar na retenção de clientes, gestão de riscos, resolução de crises e recuperação de relacionamentos, buscando aumentar a satisfação e reduzir cancelamentos.
  • Reativar contas e oportunidades perdidas, realizando prospecção consultiva e mapeando novos decisores dentro das empresas.
  • Atender clientes por canais oficiais, registrar e acompanhar demandas, garantir o cumprimento de SLAs e promover melhorias contínuas nos processos de atendimento.
  • Manter registros atualizados no CRM, identificando necessidades, oportunidades comerciais e ações de acompanhamento.

Requisitos

  • Experiência como Analista de Customer Success com foco em gestão, expansão de carteira (Farming) ou recuperação de contas;
  • Experiência em retenção de clientes, negociação e renovações contratuais;
  • Vivência no segmento de tecnologia (SaaS, infraestrutura de TI ou fábrica de software);
  • Experiência no mercado B2B, habituado a interagir com perfis técnicos e tomadores de decisão (compras e gestores de TI).
