Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gestão e acompanhamento da carteira de clientes;
  • Tratativa de NPS, identificando oportunidades e realizando ações de recuperação;
  • Realização de contatos ativos com clientes;
  • Acompanhamento de MRR e retenção da carteira;
  • Identificação e atuação preventiva em clientes em risco;
  • Acompanhamento de indicadores de engajamento, satisfação e adoção;
  • Identificação de oportunidades de expansão e geração de valor;
  • Construção e acompanhamento de planos de ação junto aos clientes;
  • Registro e acompanhamento das interações e evolução da carteira;
  • Atuação próxima às áreas internas para garantir uma boa experiência ao cliente.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência anterior em Customer Success, Gestão de Carteira ou Atendimento ao Cliente;
  • Experiência com gestão de carteira de clientes;
  • Conhecimento de indicadores como NPS, MRR, churn e retenção;
  • Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado a resultados;
  • Proatividade e autonomia para conduzir ações com os clientes;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com metas e indicadores;
  • Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Excel ou Google Sheets.
