Sobre a vaga

Atuar na exploração, análise e modelagem de dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão e gerar insights estratégicos. O profissional será responsável por transformar dados brutos em informações acionáveis, criando modelos estatísticos e preditivos, e colaborando com o time de dados e negócios na construção de soluções analíticas.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Analisar grandes volumes de dados para identificar padrões, tendências e oportunidades.
  • Desenvolver modelos estatísticos, preditivos e de machine learning voltados a problemas de negócio.
  • Preparar e tratar os dados (limpeza, transformação, enriquecimento) garantindo sua qualidade e consistência.
  • Traduzir resultados técnicos em insights compreensíveis e aplicáveis para as áreas de negócio.
  • Colaborar com engenheiros de dados e analistas de BI na integração e disponibilização de dados.
  • Criar e documentar experimentos, métricas e resultados de forma clara e reprodutível.
  • Avaliar e otimizar modelos de performance e acurácia.

Requisitos Técnicos:

  • Experiência com análise estatística e modelagem preditiva.
  • Conhecimento em linguagens de programação para ciência de dados (ex: Python ou R).
  • Sólido domínio de SQL e manipulação de dados em bancos relacionais ou data lakes.
  • Entendimento de conceitos de machine learning supervisionado e não supervisionado.
  • Familiaridade com visualização de dados (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau ou ferramentas open source).
  • Conhecimento em estatística aplicada e técnicas de amostragem.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com ambientes em nuvem (Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, AWS Sagemaker, Databricks etc.).
  • Vivência em implantação de modelos em produção (MLOps).
  • Experiência com linguagens SQL avançadas e integrações com APIs.
  • Conhecimento em engenharia de features, NLP, visão computacional ou séries temporais.
  • Certificações ou cursos em ciência de dados, IA ou cloud.
  • Vivência com bibliotecas e frameworks de análise e machine learning (ex: pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
