Deine Herausforderungen

  • Festlegung von Produktionsverfahren, Werkzeugen und Prozessen bei Produktneuanläufen.
  • Untersuchung und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Fertigungsabläufe mit Fokus auf fehleranfällige, sehr manuelle oder zeitaufwändige Abläufe.
  • Durchführung von LEAN Projekten zur Optimierung von Durchlaufzeit und Materialfluss.
  • Einführung von (Teil-)Automatisierung, sofern sinnvoll.
  • Analyse von Qualitätsmeldungen und nachfolgend Erforschung der Fehlerursachen und Erarbeiten von Abstellmaßnahmen.
  • Mitarbeit bei Produktentwicklungen hinsichtlich Prozesssicherheit und effiziente Produzierbarkeit ("Design for Production").
  • Mitarbeit bei Produktanläufen mit Übernahme von Verantwortung für Produzierbarkeit, Kosten und Qualität.
  • Prozess- und Produktqualitätsoptimierung mit dem Ziel einer Null-Fehler-Fertigung (Pareto-Analyse, Ishikawa, 5W, etc.).

Dein Profil

  • Technisches Hochschulstudium, z.B. Bachelor of Engineering mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik oder abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung und zusätzliche Weiterbildung (z.B. zum Techniker).
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld industrieller Produktion, idealerweise in vergleichbarer Position.
  • Erfahrung bei der Einführung von z.B. einarmigen Montagerobotern wünschenswert.
  • Vertiefte, auch praktische Kenntnisse zur Prozessüberwachung und Lean-Methodik wünschenswert.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Motivation, eigenverantwortlich meßbare Verbesserungen zu erzielen.
  • Pragmatische Vorgehensweise mit Hands-On Mentalität.
  • Freude am eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten und am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Kostenbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Ergebnisorientierung.
