AI 解决方案设计：深入理解客户制造场景的业务痛点，结合公司 AI 能力（大模型、智能体、知识图谱等），输出可落地、可量化的技术方案与报价方案 售前技术支持：配合销售进行客户拜访、方案演示与技术答疑，独立完成 POC 验证及技术提案撰写，推动商机转化 AI 产品商业化落地：作为产品与客户之间的桥梁，将一线需求转化为产品迭代输入，推动 AI 能力的产品化与标准化，缩短交付周期 FDE 团队搭建与管理（视情况）：组建并带领现场交付与方案工程师团队，建立方案交付标准与方法论，把控交付质量 行业洞察与赋能：跟踪制造业 AI 应用趋势，沉淀场景化最佳实践，对内对外进行方案培训与知识赋能

本科及以上学历，5 年以上 AI / 大数据 / 企业软件相关领域工作经验 3 年以上解决方案或售前咨询经验，独立主导过至少 3 个 AI 相关项目的方案设计与落地 熟悉大模型、RAG、Agent、知识图谱等技术原理与应用边界，能准确判断技术的 "能做" 与 "不能做" 优秀的客户沟通与方案呈现能力，能将复杂技术问题转化为业务语言 具备商业化思维，善于在客户需求与产品能力之间找到最优平衡
