1.熟悉和掌握区域内的合作伙伴情况，根据公司的业务需求，对区域市场进行伙伴的布局及招募，形成有效运转的渠道结构 2.赋能和培养合作伙伴成长，能针对合作伙伴的行业特点，提供对应有效的产品培训和技术培训，培养伙伴独立签单的能力 3.能协助合作伙伴完成与最终用户的签约，提供授权，参与投标 共同去跟踪用户，销售打法的统一，直到赢单；对销售结果负责 4.能保持跟合作伙伴密切的接触，不断加深对合作公司架构和生意的了解，并构建出合作伙伴公司架构图 5.长期维护伙伴关系，为伙伴设立合理的业绩目标，并有策略的激励和促进业绩完成，识别和淘汰不符合要求的伙伴 6.协助合作伙伴完成与公司的市场活动，包括，新产品发布、event、高峰论坛等，让彼此更加熟悉 7.负责渠道的数据分析、市场调研、竞争情报、反馈客户意见，保持市场活跃度及健康度，思考和实践销售模式的创新。

1. 三年以上To B行业信息化（软件）经验，拥有渠道管理、销售、商务拓展等相关工作经验，有SaaS或MES经验者优先； 2. 熟悉区域渠道情况，有渠道商资源者优先；有ISV客户资源者优先；了解市场环境，熟悉市场运作，市场开发等工作； 3. 具有敏锐的销售触觉，突出的商业和市场意识，优秀的协同管理能力，良好的商务谈判能力； 4. 熟悉渠道体系的建设，渠道盈利模型设计，具有创新和变革意识； 5. 具备优秀的人际沟通能力、应变能力、分析能力，有旺盛的开拓精神，并以结果为导向的方式展开工作； 6. 学习能力强，能快速适应新的行业领域，快速熟悉产品功能、销售技巧 7. 语言表达清晰、流畅、有条理，具备优秀的演讲能力 8. 有合作意识、服务意识、抗压性好 9.能熟练使用PPT、EXCEL、Word、Visio等办公软件，有撰写标书、制作精美演示文稿经验者优先
