Liderar a área jurídica, garantindo sustentação técnica às demandas do negócio, segurança jurídica nas decisões e alinhamento entre as estratégias da empresa e a legislação vigente. A posição exige excelência técnica, capacidade de gestão e visão estratégica para acompanhar as transformações do ambiente jurídico.

Principais responsabilidades

Liderar a área jurídica, assegurando qualidade técnica e consistência nos pareceres, orientações e soluções jurídicas. Gerenciar demandas relacionadas a contratos, Direito Trabalhista e contencioso. Oferecer suporte jurídico estratégico às áreas de negócio e à liderança executiva. Acompanhar mudanças legislativas e regulatórias, com atenção especial aos impactos da Reforma Tributária nas operações da empresa. Avaliar oportunidades de aplicação da inteligência artificial nas atividades jurídicas, identificando soluções para aprimorar processos, produtividade e qualidade das entregas. Desenvolver a equipe, promover a melhoria contínua e estabelecer prioridades, prazos e padrões de qualidade para as entregas jurídicas.

Graduação completa em Direito. Especialização em Direito Tributário. (ESSENCIAL) Vivência em gestão jurídica ou liderança de equipes. Sólida experiência em contratos, Direito Trabalhista e contencioso. Conhecimento dos impactos da Reforma Tributária para as empresas. Familiaridade com as transformações do setor jurídico decorrentes do uso da inteligência artificial.
