Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das Management bestehender Key Accounts unter Berücksichtigung der Vertriebsstrategie in internationalen Märkten
  • Steuerung der Kundenauftragseingabe sowie Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Betreuung bestehender Kunden und kontinuierlicher Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale
  • Ausarbeitung von Angeboten sowie Verhandlung und Abschluss von Verkaufsvereinbarungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und kurze Abstimmungswege mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktmanagement, Marketing und Logistik durch die tägliche Präsenz am Standort Isny im Allgäu
  • Koordination von Prozessen mit der Supply Chain zur Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit
  • Reporting an die Vertriebsleitung sowie Erstellung und Pflege regelmäßiger Umsatz- und Forecast-Analysen
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung länderspezifischer Vertriebsstrukturen und Partnernetzwerke

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium im Bereich International Business oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • SAP-Kenntnisse auf Key-User-Niveau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, idealerweise in der relevanten Branche
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Hohes Prozessverständnis sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte sowie kunden- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber nationalen und internationalen Geschäftspartnern
