Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche mechanische Fertigung und Oberflächenfertigung im Werk 2 hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Qualität, Kosten und Lieferperformance.
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungsprozessen, Technologien und Produktionsabläufen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Fertigung durch Kapazitäts-, Personal- und Ressourcenplanung in Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Bereichen.
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Investitionen in Maschinen, Anlagen, Werkzeuge und Fertigungseinrichtungen.
  • Sicherstellung arbeitssicherheits-, gesundheits- und umweltrelevanter Vorgaben sowie Förderung einer starken Sicherheitskultur.
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Lean-Management-, KVP- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen.
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Produktionswerken, Industrial Engineering, F&E, Qualität, Logistik, Instandhaltung und Technik.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes, technisches Studium oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker.
  • Mehrjährige Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen, idealerweise in CNC-Fertigung, Zerspanung oder Oberflächenbearbeitung.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Fertigungstechnologien und Produktionsprozesse.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Produktionskennzahlen, ERP-Systemen und MS Office.
  • Erfahrung in Investitionsplanung sowie im Management von Maschinen, Anlagen und Fertigungseinrichtungen.
  • Kommunikationsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz und Resilienz.
