Sie möchten hochwertige Jagd- und Outdoorbekleidung von der ersten Idee bis zur Serienreife begleiten? Sie verbinden technisches Know-how mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Passform, Funktionalität und Qualität? Dann begleiten Sie uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Blaser Outfits Kollektionen.

  • Erstellung und Pflege aller produktrelevanten Entwicklungs- und Produktionsunterlagen (Tech Packs), einschließlich Stücklisten (BOM), Maßtabellen sowie technischer Verarbeitungs- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Entwicklung, Bewertung und Optimierung von Mustern bis zur Serienfreigabe
  • Durchführung von Passformanproben sowie Erstellung und Abstimmung technischer Kommentierungen mit den Produktionspartnern
  • Enge und kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten und Produzenten
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung produktrelevanter Stammdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Workbooks, Katalogen und weiteren Produktunterlagen
  • Fachliche Beurteilung von Retouren- und Reklamationsfällen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Teilnahme an Entwicklungs- und Produktionsmeetings bei internationalen Lieferanten und Produzenten
  • Besuch relevanter Fachmessen und Beobachtung aktueller Markt- und Materialtrends

Ihr Profil

  • Studium im Bereich Bekleidungstechnik, Textiltechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Schnittdirektrice
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung technischer Bekleidung, idealerweise in der Outdoor-, Sport- oder Jagdbranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Passform, Verarbeitungstechniken, Materialeigenschaften und Qualitätsstandards
  • Erfahrung in der Schnitttechnik sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Bekleidungsprodukte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Illustrator und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen, vorzugsweise asiatischen Produktionspartnern von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Begeisterung für Jagd, Outdoor, Natur und hochwertige funktionale Bekleidung
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
