Wir suchen ab sofort motivierte Call Center Agents/ Kundenberater/ Setter (m/w/d) für die Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden in unbefristeter Festanstellung in Vollzeit. Standorte: Arnsberg oder Landshut.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstkontakt & Kundenansprache: Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit bestehenden Versicherungskunden im Rahmen der Warmakquise (keine Kaltakquise)
  • Bedarfsanalyse: Empathische Ermittlung der aktuellen Kundensituation sowie Identifikation individueller Beratungs- und Unterstützungspotenziale im Kundengespräch
  • Terminierung & Übergabe: Begeisterung der Kunden für eine vertiefende Beratung durch unsere Sales-Experten sowie verbindliche Vereinbarung und Koordination qualifizierter Termine
  • CRM-Pflege & Dokumentation: Lückenlose, strukturierte Erfassung und Pflege aller Gesprächsergebnisse sowie relevanter Kundendaten im internen CRM-System

Das bringst Du mit

  • Berufserfahrung: Praxiserfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb, Call-Center-Umfeld oder im Kundenservice von Vorteil. Motivierte Quereinsteiger mit Kommunikationstalent sind ausdrücklich willkommen!
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Eine sympathische und professionelle Telefonstimme sowie hohe Empathie im direkten Kundendialog
  • Sprache: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Mindset: Zielstrebigkeit, Eigenantrieb sowie positive Beharrlichkeit bei Absagen oder Einwänden
  • Arbeitsstil: Selbstorganisation, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Erfassung und Dokumentation von Kundeninformationen
