Deine Aufgaben

Du bist einer der strategischen Köpfe für unsere Gewerbekunden. Du verstehst deren Risiken und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich voll auf ihr Kerngeschäft konzentrieren können.

  • Bestandspflege: Du betreust unsere Gewerbe-Portfolios, erkennst, wo noch eine Lücke im Versicherungsschutz vorhanden ist, und berätst sie aktiv (Up-Selling/Cross-Selling).
  • Innendienst: Anträge, Verträge, Schriftverkehr mit Versicherern – du hast die Prozesse im Griff und erledigst den Papierkram effizient.
  • Vertriebs-Support: Du bereitest Termine vor und erstellst passgenaue Angebote. Dein Fokus liegt auf Qualität, nicht auf stumpfer Masse.
  • Risiko-Manager: Du führst Risikoanalysen durch und konzipierst individuelle Konzepte, die Hand und Fuß haben.
  • Dein Arbeitsplatz: Wir glauben an den direkten Austausch und einen kurzen Dienstweg im Team, daher ist die Arbeit fest bei uns im Büro angedacht. Damit du dich auch mal voll konzentrieren kannst, ist Homeoffice nach Absprache gelegentlich möglich.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Deine Expertise: Du bist Versicherungsfachmann oder Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d) und hast bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Gewerbeversicherungen.
  • Dein Auftreten: Du kannst auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsführern und Unternehmern kommunizieren. Du bist verbindlich, fachlich fit und hast Biss im Vertrieb (im Bestand).
  • Deine Arbeitsweise: Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und hast den Anspruch, für jedes Problem die beste Lösung zu finden.
  • Deine Tools: Du bist digital affin und nutzt moderne Makler- oder Agentursoftware sicher.
  • Reisebereitschaft: Du bist gerne dort, wo deine Kunden sind. Für die optimale Beratung und Vor-Ort-Termine bist du reisebereit.
