Deine Aufgaben

  • Video- & Telefonberatung: Du führst die durch unsere Setter vereinbarten Beratungsgespräche mit Bestandskunden.
  • Fachliche Analyse: Du prüfst bestehende Policen und erstellst maßgeschneiderte Angebote, die den Kunden wirklich weiterhelfen.
  • Closing: Du führst die Kunden strukturiert zur Entscheidung und verantwortest den Vertragsabschluss.
  • Bestandsoptimierung: Du erkennst Cross-Selling-Potenziale und baust die Kundenbeziehungen weiter aus.
  • CRM-Pflege: Du dokumentierst die Gesprächsergebnisse sauber in unserem System.

Das bringst Du mit

Profi mit Abschluss-Gen

  • Qualifikation: Du bist gelernter Versicherungskaufmann / Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d) oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation nach § 34d GewO.
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsberatung mit und weißt, wie man Verkaufsgespräche zum Erfolg führt.
  • Abschlussstärke: Du liebst den Verkauf und hast den nötigen Drive, Ziele nicht nur zu erreichen, sondern zu übertreffen.
  • Professionalität: Du überzeugst durch Fachwissen, Souveränität und eine gewinnende Ausstrahlung (auch via Video-Call).
