이 회사의 AI개발팀은 코드를 빠르게 쓰는 팀이 아니라, AI를 활용해 개발 속도를 극대화하면서도 관리 가능한 개발 시스템과 제품을 만드는 팀을 지향합니다. Frontend Engineer는 이 팀의 FE 영역을 맡아, 미디어 자산 관리(MAM), CMS, AI Processing Platform의 사용자 인터페이스와 운영 도구를 개발합니다. 전 세계 공간에서 상영될 콘텐츠를 만들고, 관리하고, 송출하는 모든 과정이 이 인터페이스를 통해 이루어집니다.

주어진 화면을 구현하는 데 그치지 않고, 기획, 디자인, Backend, AI 시스템과 협업하며 요구사항 정의부터 설계, 구현, 테스트, 배포, 운영까지 제품의 전체 생명주기에 참여합니다. 요구사항이 완벽히 정리되기를 기다리기보다 문제를 함께 정의하고 기술 선택의 장단점을 설명하며, AI를 활용해 빠르게 구현하고 결과를 직접 검증하는 방식으로 일합니다. 제품을 책임지는 Frontend Engineer로서 AI Native 개발 방식을 현업에서 정립해 갈 수 있는 기회입니다.

Key Responsibilities

  • React / TypeScript / Next.js 기반 Web Application 개발
  • 미디어 자산 관리, CMS, AI Processing 관련 사용자 및 관리자 UI 개발
  • 대용량 미디어 Asset, Job, Workflow, AI 처리 상태 등을 다루는 관리 화면 개발
  • Backend API 및 AI Processing API와의 데이터 연동 구조 설계
  • TanStack Query 등을 활용한 Server State 관리
  • Zustand 등을 활용한 Client State 관리
  • 재사용 가능한 UI Component 및 Design System 구축
  • 복잡한 Workflow, Dashboard, Table, Form UI 설계 및 구현
  • Rendering 및 Bundle 최적화 등 Frontend Performance 개선
  • Error Tracking, Logging 등 Frontend Observability 체계 구축
  • 테스트 자동화 및 CI/CD 환경 개선
  • 기존 서비스 유지보수 및 점진적인 구조 개선
  • Claude Code, Codex, Gemini 등 AI 도구를 활용한 설계, 구현, 테스트, 리팩토링 자동화
  • intent, spec, plan 문서 기반의 AI Native SDLC 참여

Key Qualifications

  • Frontend 개발 실무 경험 3년 이상 또는 이에 준하는 역량
  • React 및 TypeScript 기반 서비스 개발 경험
  • Next.js 기반 Production 서비스 개발 경험
  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript 및 Web Platform에 대한 기본 이해
  • REST API 등 Backend API 연동 경험
  • Client State와 Server State의 차이를 이해하고 적절히 설계할 수 있는 역량
  • Git 기반 협업 및 Code Review 경험
  • Component의 재사용성, 유지보수성, 확장성을 고려한 설계 능력
  • 화면 구현을 넘어 사용자 문제와 요구사항을 이해하고 해결하는 분
  • 자신이 작성했거나 AI가 생성한 코드의 품질을 스스로 검증하고 책임질 수 있는 분
  • 새로운 기술과 AI 개발 도구를 빠르게 학습해 실제 업무에 적용하는 분
