당사의 고객사는 서울에 본사를 둔 글로벌 애드테크 기업으로, 애드블록으로 인해 매년 2,000억 달러 이상 사라지는 퍼블리셔 광고 수익을 복구하는 차세대 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 본격적인 글로벌 진출 1년 만에 50배 이상의 매출 성장을 기록하며 미국의 대형 미디어 및 퍼블리셔 기업들을 고객사로 확보했고, 30명 미만의 소수 정예 조직으로 인당 수백만 달러의 매출을 창출하는 고효율 구조를 갖추고 있습니다. 현재 8자리(달러 기준) 매출 규모를 9자리로 확장해 나가는 성장 단계에 있으며, 본 포지션은 회사 제품의 핵심인 안티 애드블록 시스템을 담당합니다. 기술 리서치와 프로덕션 엔지니어링이 결합된 업무로, 런타임, 스크립트 딜리버리, 탐지, 엣지 시스템 전반을 다루며 적대적 환경(adversarial systems) 엔지니어링 분야의 깊은 전문성을 쌓을 수 있는 기회입니다. 안티 애드블록 관련 사전 경험은 요구되지 않습니다.

Key Responsibilities

  • 브라우저 확장 프로그램, 필터 룰, 스크립틀릿, 브라우저 API, 네트워크 레벨 도구 전반에 걸친 신규 광고 차단 동작 분석 및 리서치
  • 제품의 핵심인 런타임, 스크립트 딜리버리, 탐지, 폴백, 엣지 시스템 구축 및 개선
  • 문제 재현과 근본 원인 분석부터 구현, 배포, 검증까지 엔드투엔드 문제 해결 주도
  • 반복 발생 이슈를 재사용 가능한 방어 체계, 회귀 테스트, 모니터링, 안전한 배포 프로세스로 체계화
  • 커버리지, 오탐률, 페이지 무결성, 탐지 및 복구 소요 시간 등 신뢰성 지표 정의 및 관리

Key Qualifications

  • 탄탄한 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 기본기와 낯선 코드베이스에서도 독립적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 판단력
  • JavaScript 또는 TypeScript 역량 및 브라우저, DOM, HTTP, 네트워킹, 캐싱, CDN에 대한 확실한 이해
  • 비일관적 동작을 재현하고 런타임 및 네트워크 상태를 분석하며 근거 기반으로 가설을 검증할 수 있는 디버깅 및 리서치 역량
  • 관측 가능성(observability), 실패 모드, 회귀 방지, 배포 안정성을 고려하는 시스템 사고
  • 리서치와 기술 설계부터 구현, 배포, 모니터링, 회고 개선까지의 엔드투엔드 오너십
  • 브라우저 내부 구조, 브라우저 확장 프로그램, CSP, Service Worker, 필터 룰, 스크립틀릿 등 콘텐츠 필터링 기술 경험 (우대)
  • 리버스 엔지니어링, 보안 리서치, 안티탬퍼링 등 적대적 시스템 관련 경험 (우대)
  • Cloudflare Workers, CDN, 엣지 컴퓨팅 또는 대규모 트래픽 웹 인프라 경험 (우대)
  • 브라우저 자동화, E2E 테스트, 모니터링, 인시던트 대응 경험 (우대)
  • GAM, Prebid, 헤더 비딩, IVT, 동의 관리 플랫폼(CMP) 등 퍼블리셔 수익화 생태계에 대한 이해 (우대)
