The Role

  • German Research: Plan and run qual and quant studies in German, from discussion guides and moderation to surveys and clear, insightful reports.
  • Cross-Market Support: Support research in the UK, Netherlands and Belgium, working in English.
  • Customer Closeness: Keep the German customer at the heart of how teams across Brand, Range, Product and Commercial think.
  • Insight into Action: Turn findings into clear recommendations people can act on, using AI to work smarter.

What We're Looking For

  • Languages: Fluent German and English, written and spoken, with a lived understanding of German culture and consumers.
  • Qual & Quant Research: You’re comfortable designing and running both, from discussion guides to surveys.
  • Structured Thinker: You’re organised and can turn messy data into a clear story.
  • Clear Communicator: You share insight in a way that people across the business can use.
  • AI Curiosity: Interest in using AI to improve your research. You don’t need to be an expert!
