What you will do:

· Lead analytics and visualization projects end to end, from defining business questions and data requirements to delivering validated insights and actionable recommendations.

· Build and automate workflows that integrate customer, prospect, product usage, and business data to streamline sample development, Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis, and recurring reporting.

· Lead text mining and AI-assisted analysis of Gong conversations and other customer feedback to identify emerging needs, competitive insights, and purchase barriers.

· Communicate findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations that help stakeholders monitor customer experience and business performance and understand business implications and data limitations.

· Partner with strategy leads, product analytics teams, product managers, and user researchers to identify and prioritize customer discovery needs and share insights across the organization.

You need to have:

· 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, market research, customer insights, business intelligence, or a related role.

· Demonstrated experience leading analytical projects and familiarity with market research and VoC programs, including sample development, analysis, and insight generation.

· Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, understand customer differences, and draw sound conclusions while recognizing data limitations.

· Experience using text mining or AI-assisted tools to analyze customer feedback and validate themes and supporting evidence.

· Strong visualization, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

· Strong project management, attention to detail, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, proactively resolve data issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
