The posting

Blue-Band builds Integrator-AI™, an edge platform that connects LiDAR, radar and video sensors to traffic controllers and connected-vehicle systems. Our technology is deployed by state DOTs, cities and expressway authorities. We are a DBE and MBE certified company based in Sanford, Florida.

The role

Install, commission and support Blue-Band systems at intersections, freeways and other field sites.

What you'll do

  • Install and configure edge computing devices, sensors and controller interfaces in traffic cabinets
  • Commission LiDAR and radar detection and verify actuation with the controller
  • Troubleshoot field issues remotely and on site, and document installations

What you bring

  • Experience with traffic signal cabinets, ITS field devices or industrial electronics
  • Basic networking and Linux skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Nice to have

  • IMSA Traffic Signal certification
  • Experience with NEMA controllers, SDLC or NTCIP
