ブルーボトルコーヒーでは、この秋にご入社いただけるバリスタを関西エリアで募集します。

ブルーボトルコーヒーのバリスタとして、ゲスト一人ひとりに心を込めたホスピタリティをお届けしながら、コーヒーのスキルや知識を身につけていきませんか？

バリスタはカフェの一員として、チームメンバーと協力しながら主体的に考え、行動し、ゲストにより良い体験をお届けすること、そしてより良いカフェづくりに取り組むことも大切な役割です。

今回の募集では、11月〜にご入社いただける方を募集しています。

入社後は配属カフェでトレーニングを受けながら、バリスタとして必要な知識やスキルを身につけていただきます。

勤務地は、関西エリアのいずれかとなります。 現在下記のカフェにて募集しており、応募フォームでご希望を選択していただけます。

京都木屋町カフェ

※応募フォームにてご希望をお伺いしますが、配属を確約するものではありません。 ※入社後も、運営状況等に応じて他カフェへの異動や応援勤務をお願いする場合があります。

具体的なお仕事内容:

  • お一人お一人のゲストのニーズに合ったホスピタリティを発揮しながら、美味しいコーヒーを提供する
  • 素材の持つ味を引き出すベストな手法・技術で一杯抽出し、お客様に提供する（エスプレッソ・ハンドドリップ等）
  • ペイストリーやフードをゲストに提案し、迅速に提供する
  • 美しい環境でスムーズに運営できるよう、クリンネスを行うチームをサポートする

  • 美味しいコーヒーやフードに愛情とこだわりをもちながら、ゲストへ最高のおもてなしにやりがいをもつ方
  • どのような状況においても前向きでオープンにコミュニケーションをとることができ、仲間を大切にする方
  • 技術や知識を向上させよう、日々努力を惜しまない方

勤務地、その他:

  • 週12時間のパート / アルバイト（試用期間3ヶ月）
  • 京都 1,180円
  • 現在スタッフ募集中 関西エリアのブルーボトルコーヒーカフェ ※応募フォームでご希望を選択していただけます。
  • シフト制（※カフェ繁忙期などにより、勤務時間の相談あり）
  • 平日および土日祝を含めた勤務が可能な方
  • 週3日、1日4時間から勤務ができる方（月80時間未満）
  • 1年以上の長期でお仕事できる方
  • 交通費支給（社内規程に準ずる）
  • 有給休暇有（入社半年後に付与）
  • 昇給有（評価期間1年に1回）
  • 週1回、コーヒー豆の支給あり
  • 従業員割引あり（コーヒードリンク無料、フード割引など）
  • 制服貸与（エプロン）
