日本を代表する都市の一つである名古屋では、生活の中に喫茶店文化が根付き、モーニングサービスをはじめとした独自のコーヒー文化が発展してきました。

ブルーボトルコーヒーでは、2022年に「ブルーボトル コーヒートラック」を栄エリアに出店し、その後2024年には「栄カフェ」、そして2025年には「名古屋ゲートタワーモールカフェ」をオープンいたしました。

名古屋は、これまで多くのゲストの皆さまとのつながりに恵まれてきた、大切な土地です。 これからもこの土地で、日々の一杯を通じてゲストの皆さまに心地よい体験をお届けしていくために、カフェを一緒につくってくださる仲間を募集しています。

今回の募集では、11月頃にご入社いただける方を募集しています。

入社後は配属カフェでトレーニングを受けながら、バリスタとして必要な知識やスキルを身につけていただきます。

また、今後の運営状況や習得状況に応じて、配属カフェ以外での勤務や、イベント・POP UPなど、通常のカフェとは異なる取り組みに携わっていただく可能性があります。

勤務地は、名古屋エリアのいずれかとなります。 ご希望や通勤可能範囲を伺ったうえで、採用状況・各カフェの人員状況等を踏まえて配属先を相談・決定します。

具体的なお仕事内容:

  • お一人お一人のゲストのニーズに合ったホスピタリティを発揮しながら、美味しいコーヒーを提供する
  • 美しい環境でスムーズに運営できるよう、クリンネスを行いチームをサポートする
  • 社内リソースを用いて、カフェの運営や環境に関する課題改善をチームリーダーと共に実行する
  • 自分のアイデアをリーダーやチームと共有し、カフェの改善に役立てる
  • カフェのビジネス目標を理解し、リーダーシップチームをサポートをする
  • チームのニーズと自身の成⻑機会に応じて、育成等、カフェ運営の一部業務を行う
  • コンプライアンスを遵守しながら会社の新しい取り組みや展開を成功させる

  • 美味しいコーヒーやフードに愛情とこだわりをもちながら、ゲストへ最高のおもてなしにやりがいをもつ方
  • どのような状況においても前向きでオープンにコミュニケーションをとることができ、仲間を大切にする方
  • 技術や知識を向上させよう、日々努力を惜しまない方

勤務地、その他:

  • シフト制
  • 週5日勤務
  • 平日および土日祝を含めた勤務
  • 1日6時間勤務
  • 繁忙期は1日6時間を超える勤務をお願いする場合があります（週40時間未満）
  • 本ポジションは長期的な勤務を前提とした募集です（目安：2年以上）
