The posting

Blue Sky Pest Control is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives; $19 - $25 per hour (DOE). This position works from our main office, located in Gilbert, Arizona. M-F 7:45am – 5:05pm with an hour lunch. (Work one ½ day on Saturday every 4 weeks on a rotation with the team, with the option to take a ½ day off during the week you work a Saturday, or work the Saturday for overtime)

You are genuinely excited to help customers. Our mission is to exceed customer expectations. Customer Service Reps handle most customer communication, and our success is built on your ability to ensure the customer feels heard.

You communicate effectively with both customers and team members, proactively addressing questions and concerns (e.g. scheduling service routes, appointment confirmations, payment collection, rescheduling, satisfaction surveys).

You listen patiently and empathetically to understand customers’ unique situations. Armed with understanding, you enjoy finding solutions to resolve emerging customer problems.

You recognize the importance of accurately keeping records of interactions and processing customer accounts. You are flexible and enjoy taking on new assignments as business needs change.
