About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating with different types of customers, and solving concerns in a fast-paced environment. Training and support will be provided to help you develop your customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance based on customer needs and company guidelines.
  • Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy when assisting customers.
  • Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
  • Follow established processes to ensure quality and efficient customer support.
  • Work with internal teams to address and resolve customer requests when needed.
  • Meet customer service goals related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For

  • At least completed two (2) years in college or a Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with or without customer service experience.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating different systems.
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, sales, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email support is a plus.
