Job Responsibilities

  • Develop business development strategies for the assigned area and lead the execution of those strategies.
  • Analyze market potential, hospitality industry trends, and competitor activities to support business development strategy formulation.
  • Analyze and identify potential and reliable business partners that align with the company's target market and business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with business partners, local government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to create long-term business opportunities.
  • Lead and conduct negotiations and develop commercial partnership schemes with business partners in accordance with company policies and business targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team (Dispatcher / Field Officers) in terms of product offering and product explanation to customers, ensuring consistent service quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate revenue contribution and partner performance based on established business indicators, and develop strategies to improve business performance.

Business Area Specifications

Airport & Train Station

  • Analyze peak and off-peak schedules to identify business opportunities and determine fleet requirements.
  • Ensure operational activities comply with local regulations, particularly those related to queue management and orderliness.

Mall

  • Analyze mall promotional and event schedules to estimate visitor volume and identify business opportunities and fleet requirements accordingly.

Hotel

  • Negotiate and develop partnership packages for tourism, meetings, weddings, and conferences that can be supported by the company's fleet and services.

Other Areas

  • Identify the characteristics and business potential of the assigned area.
  • Establish partnerships with area/property management and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure business and operational activities comply with applicable local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial sales and 12+ years of overall professional experience, with a strong understanding of the B2B and B2G markets in Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience in launching and managing new business initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
