Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

  • Memimpin manajemen operasional pool bengkel, termasuk merencanakan dan memantau jadwal perawatan serta perbaikan armada kendaraan.
  • Mengelola ketersediaan, pemanfaatan, dan efisiensi suku cadang (spare parts).
  • Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait di lingkungan pool untuk memastikan operasional berjalan lancar dan terintegrasi.
  • Memimpin analisis kinerja bengkel secara berkala, mencakup evaluasi anggaran, penilaian kinerja staf, dan identifikasi peluang perbaikan.
  • Memastikan kecukupan, kompetensi, dan kualitas personel bengkel sesuai dengan SOP dan standar keselamatan kerja.
  • Mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional bengkel, termasuk penjadwalan pemeliharaan, manajemen suku cadang, dan alokasi sumber daya yang efektif tanpa mengurangi kualitas perbaikan.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi strategis kepada manajemen berdasarkan hasil analisis untuk mendukung optimasi kinerja.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan standar keselamatan, serta memimpin inisiatif untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan berkelanjutan.
  • Memastikan identifikasi dampak dan risiko lingkungan, serta penerapan pengendalian operasional di lingkup departemen.
  • Menerapkan persyaratan operasional terkait sistem manajemen mutu, K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja), manajemen lingkungan, keamanan informasi, serta keamanan cyber.

Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal lulusan S1 jurusan Teknik, Otomotif atau lainnya yang relevan.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 5- 8 tahun di bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat dan pengalaman praktis dalam teknik otomotif atau operasional bengkel.
  • Pengalaman yang terbukti dalam perencanaan pertumbuhan (growth planning), inisiatif perubahan organisasi (organizational change), dan kolaborasi lintas fungsi.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan terkini mengenai mekanika kendaraan, teknologi otomotif, peralatan bengkel, dan manajemen operasional.
