AI产品（平台/应用/Agent）构建与交付 - 负责或深度参与AI产品从原型到上线的构建过程，包括功能开发、联调测试、部署交付等； - 合理协调和运用内外部技术资源（算法、工程、数据等），推动技术产品和项目按计划落地； - 及时响应业务需求变化，关注技术创新与迭代，确保产品安全、稳定、易用。 3. 产品价值评估与持续优化迭代 - 建立可量化的AI产品评估标准，对产品进行定期/不定期的价值评估和复盘，从而调整资源投入方向和力度； - 产品上线后，结合实际效果、业务需求变化和技术发展，持续迭代和优化AI产品。

【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2. 具备清晰的逻辑思维和系统分析能力，善于拆解复杂问题； 3. 掌握基本的技术工程能力，可独立完成AI应用原型开发； 4. 有比较深度的AI应用实践（实践来源不限：个人项目、课程实践、开源贡献、竞赛或工作项目等均可），对大模型的能力边界、Agent工作模式等核心概念有深入理解（结合真实项目更佳）； 5. 对AI技术有强烈好奇心和自驱力，持续跟进AI新模型、新工具、新范式等。
