Experience Planning Specialist (Remote)

As a Planning Specialist, you will assist clients in designing personalized getaways, celebrations, and group experiences tailored to their unique interests and preferences.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their goals, research suitable destinations, and coordinate accommodations and related arrangements. You'll provide customized recommendations, assist with reservations, and ensure all planning details are managed accurately and efficiently. From romantic escapes and milestone celebrations to curated group experiences, your support will help clients enjoy a seamless planning process from beginning to end.

Comprehensive training, planning resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you develop your skills and stay informed about industry trends and destination opportunities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
