We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Client Experience Coordinator to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their preferences, timelines, and service needs while coordinating reservations and confirming important details. You will prepare and maintain accurate documentation, monitor updates or changes, and ensure all information remains organized throughout the process. You will also respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, provide status updates, and maintain clear communication to help create a smooth and positive client experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a remote work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective time management are essential. Applicants should be comfortable using email, online scheduling systems, and digital collaboration tools, while remaining eager to learn new software and procedures.

This is a fully remote position offering flexible part-time and full-time scheduling options.
