As a Remote Client Experience Coordinator, you will assist clients throughout the planning process by gathering information, researching available options, answering questions, and helping ensure important details are organized and communicated clearly. You will also follow up with clients, maintain accurate records, and provide continued support before and after arrangements are finalized.

No previous industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the systems, processes, and skills needed to get started. This opportunity can be built around an existing schedule and may be a good fit for individuals looking for flexibility and the ability to work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email, and online platforms
  • Determine client preferences, needs, and budgets
  • Research and present appropriate options
  • Assist clients with reservations and planning details
  • Maintain organized and accurate client information
  • Follow up on inquiries and provide ongoing customer support
  • Complete required training and stay informed about available products and services
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Participate in optional team training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Reside in the United States or Mexico

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
