Remote Client Services Coordinator

This position is a great fit for organized, service-minded individuals who enjoy supporting clients, managing details, and working in a remote environment. As a Remote Client Services Coordinator, you will help ensure each client request is handled with care, accuracy, and timely communication from start to finish.

In this role, you will review incoming client requests, gather important details, organize reservation components, and confirm that all service arrangements are properly completed. You will also maintain clear documentation, monitor timelines, and communicate updates to clients as needed. Your ability to stay organized, follow established processes, and manage multiple priorities will be essential to delivering a smooth and professional experience.

This opportunity offers the flexibility of remote work while still providing structure, onboarding, and ongoing support. You will use online systems, digital communication tools, and internal workflows to keep information accurate and services on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process incoming client requests accurately
  • Organize reservation details, including accommodations, transportation, and related services
  • Confirm arrangements and verify important service information
  • Provide timely updates and respond to client questions
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Monitor deadlines, confirmations, and service timelines
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and quality

Qualifications:
