We are looking for motivated, dependable, and personable individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Experience Advisors. This opportunity is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, researching solutions, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service in a remote environment. If you are comfortable communicating with different types of people and enjoy helping clients navigate their options, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you will communicate directly with clients to learn about their needs, preferences, schedules, budgets, and expectations. You will research available options, organize important information, provide personalized recommendations, and assist clients throughout the planning and reservation process. Providing timely communication, answering questions, and maintaining positive client relationships are important parts of the position.

Responsibilities may include responding to new and existing client inquiries, scheduling consultations, gathering necessary information, researching and comparing available options, preparing customized recommendations, coordinating reservations, reviewing details for accuracy, maintaining organized client records, communicating important updates, and following up with clients as needed. You may also assist clients with questions before and after their arrangements have been confirmed.

Previous experience in this industry is not required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the systems and processes used in the role. Candidates should be willing to learn, comfortable using online systems, able to follow established procedures, and capable of working independently.

Ideal candidates have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, good time-management abilities, basic computer knowledge, and reliable internet access. You should be comfortable communicating through phone, email, text, and virtual platforms. Being organized, responsive, professional, and willing to continue learning is important for success.
