The posting

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Experience Planning Advisors. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, researching possibilities, organizing information, and helping clients make informed decisions based on their individual needs.

In this remote role, you will communicate with clients to gather information about their preferences, priorities, schedules, budgets, and expectations. You will research and compare available options, organize recommendations, assist with arrangements, and provide ongoing communication throughout the planning process. Building positive client relationships and providing responsive service are important components of the position.

Responsibilities may include communicating with prospective and existing clients, conducting consultations, gathering necessary information, researching available options, comparing pricing and features, preparing customized recommendations, assisting with reservations, reviewing important details for accuracy, maintaining client records, providing updates, answering questions, and following up before and after arrangements are completed.

No previous industry experience is necessary. Training, resources, and continued support are provided. Candidates should be willing to learn new systems, follow established processes, participate in training, and take initiative when working independently.

Successful candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, reliable internet access, and effective time-management skills. You should feel comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, text, and online platforms and be able to manage multiple requests while remaining organized.
