We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join our remote team as Virtual Customer Support Advisors. This opportunity focuses on assisting clients with planning, researching options, answering questions, and providing personalized service from the initial inquiry through completion.

Virtual Customer Support Advisors communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. You will research available options, explain choices clearly, assist with reservations, and provide follow-up support. Strong communication and organization are important because each client may have different needs and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Ask questions to determine individual client needs and preferences
  • Research and compare available options
  • Present information and recommendations clearly
  • Assist with reservations and other client arrangements
  • Maintain organized client records and follow-up schedules
  • Provide support and answer questions throughout the planning process
  • Complete required training and continuing education
  • Develop strong relationships with new and returning clients
  • Use online tools and systems to manage client information

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the United States or Mexico
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Access to a computer or laptop and smartphone
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
