A BM VAGAS em parceria com empresa consolidada no seu segmento de atuação seleciona COZINHEIRO para a cidade de São Paulo - SP.

Responsabilidades

  • Preparar refeições em grande escala;
  • Planejar a produção diária de acordo com o cardápio, demanda e cronograma de atendimento;
  • Orientar e acompanhar as atividades dos ajudantes de cozinha;
  • Operar equipamentos industriais de cozinha com segurança e conforme os procedimentos operacionais;
  • Controlar a validade, armazenamento e correta identificação dos insumos;
  • Realizar a separação, higienização, seleção, descarte e corte de ingredientes;
  • Preparar pratos principais, guarnições, saladas, sobremesas e demais preparações, utilizando técnicas adequadas para produção em grandes volumes;
  • Montar, organizar e acondicionar cubas, bandejas e recipientes para distribuição, entrega ou serviço;
  • Auxiliar no recebimento de mercadorias, conferindo quantidades, qualidade, condições dos produtos e prazos de validade;
  • Realizar o controle de estoque e participar de inventários periódicos de insumos e materiais;
  • Executar a higienização e conservação de equipamentos, utensílios e da área de trabalho;
  • Cumprir rigorosamente as Boas Práticas de Manipulação de Alimentos e as normas da Vigilância Sanitária, garantindo a segurança dos alimentos e a conformidade com a legislação vigente;
  • Zelar pelo correto aproveitamento dos insumos, contribuindo para a redução de desperdícios e a eficiência operacional;
  • Trabalhar em equipe, mantendo organização, agilidade e comprometimento com os padrões de qualidade da cozinha.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em cozinha profissional;
  • Domínio das principais técnicas de cocção e preparo de alimentos para produção em grande escala;
  • Conhecimento e habilidade na execução de diferentes tipos de cortes de carnes, legumes, verduras e demais ingredientes;
  • Agilidade, organização e eficiência na execução das atividades;
  • Comprometimento com as normas de higiene, segurança alimentar e Boas Práticas de Manipulação de Alimentos;
  • Conhecimento sobre controle de tempo e temperatura durante o preparo, armazenamento e distribuição dos alimentos;
  • Capacidade para seguir fichas técnicas, receitas padronizadas e procedimentos operacionais, garantindo qualidade e padronização das preparações;
  • Conhecimento sobre armazenamento correto de alimentos, controle de validade, identificação de produtos;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, com boa comunicação, colaboração e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Ensino Médio Completo.
