Responsabilidades

  • Atender clientes para levantamento de preferências e desenho de roteiros de viagens internacionais
  • Realizar cotações e emissão de passagens aéreas, reservas de hotéis, seguro-viagem e aluguel de carros
  • Orientar clientes sobre documentação necessária, exigências de vistos, vacinas e regras alfandegárias
  • Prestar suporte e assistência a passageiros durante a viagem em caso de imprevistos, cancelamentos ou remarcações
  • Negociar tarifas e condições com operadoras de turismo, companhias aéreas e fornecedores internacionais
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais detalhadas e acompanhar o fechamento de vendas de pacotes turísticos
  • Controlar pagamentos, faturamentos e recebimentos referentes às vendas realizadas

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo.
  • Experiência de 6 meses a 2 anos no segmento de turismo.
  • Experiência comprovada em vendas.
  • Boa comunicação e foco em atendimento ao cliente.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar por escala.
  • Focado, resiliente, determinado, organizado.
  • Paixão por vendas, aberto a novos aprendizados.
  • Disciplinado e ambição por altos ganhos.
  • Aceitamos ex-funcionários da CVC.
  • Turismo, Hotelaria ou áreas afins
  • Negociação assertiva com foco no fechamento de vendas complexas
  • Organização rigorosa de prazos para emissão de documentos e passagens
  • Resolução ágil de problemas em situações de crise com passageiros no exterior
  • Comunicação clara e empática no atendimento a diferentes perfis de clientes

Horário

  • seg a sáb 10:00 as 22:00 - Domingos e feriados 13:00 as 21:00 Escala 2X2 (2 dias trabalhados seguidos de 2 dias de folga)
