BM VAGAS em parceria com empresa consolidada no seu segmento seleciona ANALISTA ADMINISTRATIVO para cidade de Campinas.

Bairro: Jardim do Trevo

Responsabilidades

  • Controlar o fluxo de caixa diário, contas a pagar e contas a receber
  • Emitir notas fiscais de entrada e saída de mercadorias
  • Apoiar o setor de compras na cotação de insumos e materiais de escritório
  • Abertura e Fechamento da Unidade, organização do espaço físico e controle de acessos.
  • Recebimento, triagem, envio e despacho de malotes, encomendas e correspondências via correios ou transportadoras para a matriz em Canoas.
  • Recebimento e validação de notas fiscais, boletos e recibos de fornecedores de Campinas, cadastrando-os no ERP ou enviando-os para a equipe financeira em Canoas.
  • Apoio no envio de documentos exigidos por órgãos municipais (Prefeitura de Campinas, vigilância sanitária, corpo de bombeiros).
  • Suporte na coleta e conferência física de documentos de novos colaboradores em Campinas, recolhimento de assinaturas em contratos e termos de rescisão.
  • Distribuição de crachás, vales, uniformes e entrega de equipamentos (notebooks, celulares) enviados por Canoas.
  • Recebimento e validação inicial de atestados médicos e dúvidas sobre espelho de ponto para reporte ao DP da matriz.
  • Suporte para a matriz na organização de ações pontuais de integração, aniversariantes do mês e comunicados corporativos.
  • Atendimento telefônico, triagem de visitantes, clientes ou parceiros que comparecem à unidade de Campinas.
  • Apoio remoto à equipe de TI de Canoas para testes básicos de rede local, cabeamento, impressoras e recepção/troca de periféricos com defeito.

Requisitos

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em rotinas administrativas e financeiras
  • Vivência com emissão de notas fiscais eletrônicas e boletos
  • Domínio de Excel intermediário
  • Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins
  • Atenção a detalhes na conferência de dados financeiros
  • Organização rigorosa de documentos e prazos
  • Comunicação clara com departamentos internos e fornecedores
