Responsabilidades

  • Prospectar novos clientes, realizar visitas comerciais e identificar oportunidades de locação de máquinas e equipamentos.
  • Visitar obras, construtoras e empresas, apresentando soluções adequadas às necessidades dos clientes.
  • Elaborar propostas, negociar condições comerciais e acompanhar o fechamento de contratos.
  • Desenvolver e fidelizar a carteira de clientes, realizando acompanhamento pós-venda.
  • Organizar visitas, registrar atividades comerciais e trabalhar com metas de vendas e produtividade.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência em vendas externas, prospecção e negociação.
  • CNH categorias A e B.
  • Boa comunicação, capacidade de persuasão e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Apresentação e postura profissional adequadas.
  • Proatividade, organização, integridade e foco em resultados.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática.
  • Diferenciais desejáveis:
  • Experiência no segmento de locação de máquinas e equipamentos.
  • Conhecimento do mercado da construção civil e das aplicações dos equipamentos.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão comercial ou CRM.
  • Técnicas de negociação e vendas B2B
  • Uso de sistemas de CRM
