Responsabilidades

  • Definir e implementar estratégias comerciais, estabelecendo metas de vendas e faturamento e acompanhando os resultados da equipe
  • Gerenciar e desenvolver a equipe de vendas internas, promovendo orientação, treinamento, engajamento e foco em resultados
  • Gerenciar a carteira de clientes estratégicos, identificando oportunidades de negócios e fortalecendo relacionamentos comerciais no segmento de equipamentos industriais
  • Coordenar atividades de prospecção de novos clientes, elaboração de propostas comerciais, negociação de preços e condições e fechamento de negócios
  • Elaborar e acompanhar orçamentos e propostas comerciais personalizadas, considerando as necessidades dos clientes e as soluções oferecidas pela empresa
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho comercial, identificar desvios e implementar planos de ação para alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos pela diretoria
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Produção, Logística e Financeiro, garantindo o alinhamento e o cumprimento dos prazos e condições dos pedidos
  • Acompanhar o andamento dos pedidos e processos comerciais, assegurando a correta inserção e atualização das informações nos sistemas internos
  • Atuar como elo entre a equipe comercial e a Diretoria Comercial, apresentando resultados, identificando oportunidades e propondo melhorias estratégicas

Requisitos

  • Experiência sólida na gestão de equipes comerciais no setor industrial
  • Vivência comprovada em negociações B2B de alto valor
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes
  • Histórico consistente de cumprimento de metas de vendas
  • Administração de Empresas, Engenharia ou áreas afins
  • Orientação rigorosa para resultados e metas
  • Capacidade de liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes
  • Comunicação persuasiva e clara em negociações complexas
  • Resiliência diante de cenários adversos de mercado
