Deine Aufgaben

Du hast Spaß an Technik und möchtest direkt beim Kunden dafür sorgen, dass Druck- und Kopiersysteme reibungslos funktionieren? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Bei BMK übernimmst du die Installation, Wartung und Instandhaltung moderner Systeme und sorgst dafür, dass Arbeitsabläufe effizient und zuverlässig laufen. Dabei bist du nicht nur Techniker:in, sondern auch Ansprechpartner:in vor Ort – mit viel Eigenverantwortung und direktem Einfluss auf die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.

  • Service & Support: Wartung und Instandhaltung von Druck- und Kopiersystemen vor Ort bei unseren Kunden.
  • Diagnostik: Fehleranalyse und -behebung, auch per Fernwartung.
  • Neuinstallation: Installation, Netzwerkanbindung und Einrichtung neuer Systeme.
  • Kundenkontakt: Durchführung von Anwendereinweisungen und Unterstützung bei der Systemnutzung.
  • Dokumentation: Sorgfältige Datenpflege in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrung: Technisches und IT-Know-how, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Druck- und Kopiertechnik. Je mehr, je lieber- ansonsten bringen wir Dir alles Erforderliche bei.
  • Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick, arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert.
  • Eigenständigkeit: Du hast eine gute Auffassungsgabe und bringst lösungsorientiertes Denken mit.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist ein Teamplayer und kannst gut mit Menschen auf allen Ebenen kommunizieren.
  • Kundenkontakt: Im Kundenkontakt hast du ein freundliches Auftreten und serviceorientierte Kommunikation.
