Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Manager Strategy & Business Development bei der Bearbeitung strategischer Fragestellungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Bewertung von Businessplänen und Geschäftsmodellen sowie bei der Entwicklung von Szenarien für die zukünftige Unternehmensentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie bei der Entwicklung von Markteintrittsszenarien und Potenzialanalysen
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung des Manager Strategy & Business Development bei abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten von der Konzeptentwicklung und Pilotierung bis hin zur pragmatischen Umsetzung
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Beratungen und Reportings für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
  • Teilnahme an Konzernveranstaltungen und Projekten mit strategischer Relevanz

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Energiewirtschaft oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Interesse an strategischen Fragestellungen, Geschäftsmodellen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint sowie Freude an der strukturierten und verständlichen Aufbereitung von Informationen
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Strategy, Business Development, Consulting, Energiewirtschaft oder Unternehmensentwicklung von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Verfügbarkeit von 16 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche
