Is the IRB letter from BMY Health valid?

Yes, BMY Health Pakistan is a registered public health organization and our research teams have previously published projects with letter from our IRB. This Associate Membership plan is a newer initiative for external members. Currently the criteria for IRB letter validity for HEC-recognized journals is that researchers obtain IRB approval from their affiliated organization. The Associate Membership program provides an official affiliation with BMY Health, allowing members to submit their studies for review and receive an IRB approval letter that is institutionally valid. This ensures that researchers without an institutional IRB, or whose projects fall outside their institution’s jurisdiction, can meet journal requirements through BMY Health Pakistan IRB. Researchers should confirm the latest policies of their target journal before applying for membership and seeking IRB service.
